1. Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through WhatsApp, or other online platforms we operate on (e.g., Shopee/TikTok Shop). Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Online Bank Transfer (FPX)
- Credit/Debit Cards
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before payment. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed. Contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order.
2. Delivery & Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Selangor area. We also deliver to other state with minimum order, you may contact us for details. If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, contact us for confirmation.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees vary based on location. The fee will be calculated.
How long does delivery take?
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before [Cut-off Time].
- Next-day or scheduled delivery options are available depending on stock availability.
We only accept store walk in pick up or 3rd party delivery (lalamove/grab) partner with extra delivery cost.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Failed deliveries due to absence may require an additional delivery fee for reattempt.
3. Products & Storage
Are your products Halal-certified?
Yes! All our products are sourced from Halal-certified suppliers.
How should I store frozen meat?
Keep your frozen meat at -18°C or lower to maintain freshness. Do not refreeze once thawed.
How do I know if my meat is fresh?
Our meats are stored under strict temperature controls. If you have any concerns, please contact us immediately.
4. Refunds & Returns
Can I return my order?
Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for assistance.
What should I do if I receive the wrong order?
Contact us within 24 hours with your order details and photo proof. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
