At Medan Frozen Food, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our frozen food products, we have a strict refund and returns policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.
1. No Returns Policy
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any perishable or frozen food products once they have been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:

Incorrect or Missing Items – If you receive the wrong product or your order is incomplete.

Damaged Products – If your items are damaged upon delivery (proof required).
To qualify for a refund, you must:

Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items along with your order details.
3. Refund Process
If eligible, refunds will be processed as follows:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If a replacement is preferred, you may self pick up at our store.
4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before payment.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
